Do you allow yourself to dream, or do you focus only on your reality or past circumstances?

When our focus and thoughts are on what is (and the lack of what we want), or what was (that was better/worse in the past)… we limit ourselves from thinking about what COULD be (possibilities) in the future.

Dreaming is about possibilities. It’s about imagination. It’s about expanding our awareness. Dreaming allows us to envision more than what our current reality is showing us. It also feels good, and when we feel good, we do good… and receive good.

What do you dream of? Is it more time with your family? Trips around the world? A job that you love? Maybe it’s freedom and flexibility, or perhaps a new romance!

What is the FEELING that you desire the most from those dreams? Feelings are the magnet that brings things together. Thoughts lead to feelings, and feelings give off a frequency that brings your experience into existence. What we predominately focus on, expands, and becomes our reality. 

Those that have mastered the practice of positive visualization openly credit it as a huge part of their success and their dreams coming true.

When you are envisioning how it will feel when your dream is a reality, seeing yourself there, and the impact that that dream has on your life… that’s how manifestation happens.

If you look at top athletes, they visualize their game, focus on the feeling of victory and picture themselves at the top of their game. 

Do you allow yourself to do that too? Or do you limit your belief and imagination?

When you think of a big goal or dream that you want to achieve, it’s natural to think of all of the obstacles that will come your way. Problem is, far too often we allow these obstacles to become so big in our minds that it stops us from moving forward and taking the action we need.  

I invite you to check in with yourself. Are you allowing yourself to dream, or are you limiting yourself with old thoughts, habits and patterns?

Dreaming and Visioning allow us to get ourselves into energetic alignment with our vision for what we desire. What you want, wants you, and it’s all possible when you focus your energy on what you desire, instead of what you don’t.
