Setting Up For Success

How are you setting your week up for success?

I’m not talking about your to-do list!

Setting yourself up for success each week is as easy as…

  • looking back at your wins from the week before

  • checking in on what you’d like to change

  • making plans to move forward in a way that feels right for YOU

  • putting your feelings on the priority list

  • being aware of what lights you up and what drains you

It’s preparing for the best, and flowing with what happens.

I believe having a plan for how you want to feel each week is just as, if not more, important as setting time and business goals.

For me, when I plan my week out around what needs to get done and how I want to feel while I’m doing it.  It helps me to stay grounded, calm, and focused when challenges arise.

How do you want to feel each week…

  • Fun, creative and energized?

  • Relaxed, rested, and recharged?

  • Motivated, confident, and ready?

The only thing we have control of is our thoughts.  Our thoughts lead to our feelings, which lead to our vibration/energy and that manifests as our experience.

When you know how you want to feel and focus your thoughts around those feelings, you become aligned, and that my friend, is when the magic happens.

When was the last time you literally stopped and smelled the roses?

Enjoyed the beauty of the petals?

Saw the strength of the thorns?

It starts with us.

There are opportunities around us all the time that we miss out on because we’re too focused on what we don’t want, instead of what we do want.

Take some time today to write out how you want to feel in the week ahead and schedule in time to make sure all those awesome feelings you desire manifest!  If you plan your week around how you want to feel, chances are you’ll enjoy it more and surpass many of your expectations!
